About
It wasn’t a long time ago (or so we would like to believe) that we discovered the joys of the 8-bit Atari console and the 64K home computers that brought the PacMan from the arcade to our homes. A few years later, we graduated to the XTs and the SMDs – skipping school after all-night gaming sessions and having nightmares after playing hours of DOOM. Getting a job meant hours of Solitaire and Minesweeper, and later on, Quake Arena CTF matches.
Fast-forward to 2008, and we found ourselves parents of kids who had started typing before they learned to write, who could navigate their way through Windows XP, OSX and Ubuntu with equal ease, and whose first words that they read included “loading”, “game over” and “click here to continue”.
At Kidigit.com, we discover, play, rate and classify games (and other digital goodies) suitable for you and your kids – everyday. We also watch and share the latest parenting news and research with you, in the hope that Kidigit.com will help you spend some quality time with your kids, and perhaps help them acquire the skills they will need to win the Electronic Sports championship five years from now.
